Mayank Bhanushali, started Global Survey 12 years ago when he wanted to come out of his family business and try something else in the corporate world. He started working on offline methodology and with time, he understood the need of moving into online as it was where the future was headed to.
From a single man army, Mayank was able to grow Global Survery to a team of more than 50 members spread across 5 different locations in INDIA and the USA.
He has a Post Graduate degree in Marketing from MICA. He is a complete digital freak and loves to eat and partying.

Jensen Walker is a seasoned market research professional with over 20 years of solid research experience with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research.
His extensive background includes time spent working in advertising, public relations, crisis management and political consulting both online and offline.

Shailendra Rai has around 2 decades of experience in Market research and worked for companies such as Ugam and Cross-Tab. In Global Survey, his role is to look into day-to-day operational activities and expand the business. Shailendra started his career as a Survey Scripter, and has gone through all the phases of Market research activities before starting his role in Business Development. Shailendra also has a decade of experience in both Project management and People management.
Shailendra has a Masters degree in Business Administration and also a Six Sigma Green belt certified professional. He loves to travel, playing sports and a complete foodie by nature!

Christian has worked in marketing research in several capacities and in several industries. He started as a data analyst at a national organization, worked as Director of System Management at a consulting firm, and now as the VP Business Development for Global Survey.

As a Senior Director for Client Development, Maria focuses on driving strategic partnerships and new business development to accelerate growth for Global Survey and its clients. Maria networks with both internal and external partners around the world, to identify areas of collaboration, drive innovation, and find the best solutions tailor fit for each of Global Survey’s existing and prospective clients. Maria’s over 8 years of experience in the Sales Industry backed by her passion for data and Market Research enables her to foster strong and lasting relationships with her clients as well as consistently exceed goals.
Maria earned her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and Journalism from De La Salle University Manila and currently resides in the spectacular and breathtaking Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA.

Shashank Pandya has more than 15 years of experience in market research industry. He worked at Markelytics Solutions prior joining Global Survey. Starting his career as an executive in operations, he has worked his way up in different departments before getting into business development. As Manager for Client Engagement and Sales for Asia Pacific region, he is to bring in and explore new business opportunities for Global Survey.
Shashank holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is actively involved in professional activities. He loves to travel, is very talkative & notorious at times.

Manish comes with vast knowledge and management experience of over 10 years across several industries and is known to be a jack-of-all-trades in the business. His proven management skills and experience make him a strong team player in various business areas. He started his career in contact centers in managing people and handling business operations and now is managing entire operations at Global Survey.
He has implemented various strategic management methods to vastly improve productivity along with a work-life balance for the team. His years of professional experience have set forth a magnificent track record in every project that has been administered. He keeps himself updated with the latest technological advancement and loves to travel places.
Pankaj has a Masters degree in Business Technology, with over 5 years of experience in Market Research International Project Management.
Pankaj has a vast experience in managing multiple qualitative and quantitative projects across Europe, North America, Middle East and APAC. He has a proven track record of combining vision and industry knowledge with well-developed project management and leadership abilities to deliver all sorts of qualitative and quantitative projects.
In his free time, he enjoys watching different series on Netflix and Bollywood movies. Cricket is his favourite sport and he never miss a chance to play it or watch the live cricket matches.
